Personal Care
Early Autumns caregivers are available 24 hours a day, providing assistance with personal care, to meet scheduled and unscheduled needs. Our caregivers are sensitive to residents's needs and sometimes their reluctance to accept such personal help. We can encourage residents to feel more comfortable with accepting the assistance needed, while remaining as independent as possible.

Home Cooking
Open the door and you are greeted with the aroma of home-made bread on Sundays. We welcome residents' families or future residents and their families to eat with us. Mealtime is a social event at Early Autumns. The residents not only enjoy the food, but often are entertained by folks who drop in to tickle the ivories or sing.

Housekeeping and Laundry
Early Autumns staff will clean each resident's room and do personal as well as flat laundry. Care is taken to do this in a manner residents prefer.

Medication Administration
Medication regimens can be confusing. An error in this area can impact dramatically upon a resident's health. The responsibility of proper adminstration of medication is Early Autumns'. Residents can relax and know they will be offered their medication on schedule. Records are kept on each medication that is administered. When a resident goes to the doctor this information will go with them.

Are There Planned Activities?
Wellness is important. We emphasize activities to keep the body and soul healthy. Weekly excursions are interesting, but short in duration so that residents will feel comfortable in participating. We visit businesses, shops, galleries, museums, tourist sites, etc. We attend various presentations. Planned events occur each day, and most of the time, twice a day. Residents are encouraged to take part.
